Ingredients: Water, Vodka (natural preservative), infusion of Blue Vervain flowers
Directions: Add 11 drops to up to 20 oz. of water or beverage of choice. Sip before and during meditation, ceremonies, rituals, events; or sip as needed 2-4 times daily.
Alternatively: Add to baths, oils, ceremonial herbal preparations, tinctures, etc.
Note: These essences do come in glass containers and contain alcohol as a natural preservative and should be used with supervision for children. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
