Plants, crystals, flowers, places on earth, and other energies have known properties which can be used to heal, learn, grow, create, connect, and any other intention you can imagine.

When you drink or interact with the frequencies in these products, you are able to take on their frequencies to assist you in your life.

For instance: Much the same as when you hold a crystal to receive its energy, when you take a crystal nature essence, you receive and begin to resonate with its healing vibration. The water in your body begins to charge with the vibration of the crystal, and your vibration changes!
