Each bottle of essence will make around 50 dosages for sessions to support the energetic opening, balancing, aligning, clearing of chakras noted to need energetic support/clearing during a client's session. See descriptions of each lotus chakra essence for more info about each chakra/color frequency. Also note: descriptions are not an exclusive list of uses for each lotus chakra essence. (These come from Jen's own practice and connection to the lotus chakra essence and the use in her work. You may find a multitude of uses for these essences. Work with the essences to determine how they will serve you and your clients most profoundly.)
For energy work sessions: Add 11 drops of any ONE lotus chakra essence in up to 20 fl. oz of water OR CREATE A MIX of different chakra essences to open, clear, balance, align, support several chakras at once. (Use 11 drops of each lotus chakra essence you wish to add to the mix.)
Options for administration:
***Have the client sip the essence in water or beverage of choice before, during, and or after the session
***Create a spray: Add 11 drops of one or more lotus chakra essences to up to 1 oz of water and spray directly on the area of the chakra/skin/energy field - avoid the eyes
(Note: if not using all of the spray, you must preserve the spray with half vodka/half water blend -- simply fill the bottle with half vodka (vodka is a natural preservative), add 11 drops of each essence you wish, then fill the bottle with water the rest of the way)
***Apply a small amount of the essence directly to the wrist, or add to your own lotions, sprays, or other topical products
***Add 4-5 droppers full of essence to the bath and have the client bathe in the essence

All essences are infused with frequencies to amplify the intention of the blend, Golden Healing Light (Reiki), and Rainbow Light Reiki.
Directions: Add 11 drops to up to 20 oz. of water or beverage of choice. Sip all day, take when needed, or schedule 2-4 times/day or when intuitively needed.
Alternatively: Add to lotions, beauty products, body sprays, and baths for topical use.
Note: These essences do come in glass containers and contain alcohol as a natural preservative and should be used with supervision for children. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
Store in a cool place, upright and away from direct sunlight. All essences expire one year from the sell date.
