The Master level attunement opens your energetic channel to Reiki (Dai Ko Myo). Before you begin the attunement, you may wish to be in a relaxed state, comfortable, hydrated, and open to receive the energy. Please sit with your feet flat on the floor or sit directly on the floor (if possible) to connect to the earth. Place your palms face up for the duration of the attunement. If any of these positions are uncomfortable, you may certainly adjust to your comfort with no effect on the results of the attunement. 
 
All attunements have been created with the intention of the recipient of the attunement being any individual who sits with the energy of the video. Because Reiki works beyond time and distance constrictions, you may receive this attunement via video as if it were in person in the now moment. The attunement will be just as effective as an in-person attunement and should be treated with as much reverence as possible during the attunement process. Please choose a time where you may sit quietly in your own energy and receive without distractions if possible.
 
During the attunement, you may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep calm. Experiences vary, and all are valid. Afterward, your sensitivity to energy often increases.
